Viewers had 10 days after the festival to watch it online. Once you "unlocked" a film and started watching it, you had three (3) days to complete your viewing.
Passes were also available for purchase in person at the FRFF Box Office located at 255 Main Street in downtown Winona starting on Monday, January 19th at 10 a.m. CST.
Seating was just chairs without armrests, relatively narrow but cushioned. The ARC is accessible with elevators and ramps and can have someone in a wheelchair in the front row. There are no railings in the center aisle to get up to the higher seating.

For most showings, only half of their 116-seat capacity is sold online; the other half will go on sale at the door about 15 minutes before showtime. For students with valid ID, seniors over 60, and kids under 12: $7.00 tickets can be purchased only at the box office about 15 minutes before the show.
