How to Host a Screening: "Love Me Bait Me: The Power of Queer Representation"

This feature length documentary explores the historical relationship between Hollywood, television, and the authentic portrayal of diverse LGBTQ+ experiences. Naturally, like any work of art or research project, this film was not able to follow every stroke or rabbit hole. There is still so much to this story and history that we were not able to include or explore despite its inherent relevance to today's climate.

This discussion board is for that small niche community of folks who share in our joy and interest for storytelling, sapphic media, and supporting queer creativity.

Sidewalk selected Love Me Bait Me for one of their Spotlight night screenings as part of their SHOUT themed track, which is dedicated to highlighting LGTBQ+ voices. 

*Weekend showing time will be announced in mid-July 2025
