This documentary explores a lost queer history of early Hollywood, the legacy and impact of censorship on LGBTQ+ representation, and the role diverse stories play in our collective imagination for a better future.
I think that bringing this issue to light and spreading awareness is really important. It may inspire current writers to take a different approach to storylines and inspire tv and film from tons of new artists that embrace, include, celebrate, and not fetishize the queer community.
